Sell Akuity's GitOps platform across EMEA by generating net-new and expansion pipeline, running outbound campaigns, qualifying opportunities using MEDDPICC, mapping technical needs to business outcomes, partnering with Customer Success and engineering, and managing pipeline in HubSpot.

Provide multi-channel technical support for Argo and Akuity customers, troubleshoot Kubernetes and GitOps/CI-CD issues, escalate to engineering, improve documentation, and help build scalable support processes and playbooks.

Work with prospects and customers to understand technical needs, deliver tailored demos and proofs-of-concept, scope implementations, and act as a trusted technical advisor collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
