Drive net-new and expansion enterprise SaaS sales across EMEA for Akuity's GitOps platform. Build territory plans, generate pipeline via outbound, qualify using MEDDPICC, map technical needs to business outcomes, run consultative sales cycles (3-6 months), manage opportunities in HubSpot, engage customers and engineering for adoption and feature feedback, and attend periodic customer events.

Lead platform reliability for a multi-region SaaS Kubernetes platform: define SLOs/SLAs, build observability, run incident response and on-call, drive reliability improvements, partner with engineering to bake reliability into features.

As a Solutions Architect, you will bridge pre-sales, customer success, and technical support, helping customers with the Akuity Platform and contributing to open-source projects like Argo CD. You'll drive technical discovery, deliver presentations, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop tools to enhance customer experience.
