Leads strategic and operational HR support across France and Italy for a 250-person organization. Manages two HR team members and advises leaders on employee relations, labor law, performance, succession, compensation, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Oversees French Works Council activities and contributes to transformation projects including pay transparency, onboarding, manager development, and talent pipelines. Requires strong French employment law expertise, English fluency, and regular travel to Ostricourt.

Leads IT infrastructure operations and end-user support across multiple European countries. Manages distributed teams and external providers, ensures reliable IT services, oversees incident management and escalations, standardizes support processes, drives continuous improvement, and supports infrastructure projects. Collaborates with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, local IT teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance, service quality, operational maturity, and user experience.

Strengthen and deploy PMO framework and governance across the group; support portfolio prioritization, monitoring of project performance, risks, dependencies and resource allocation; facilitate governance meetings and steering committees; provide PMO expertise and hands-on support for strategic or complex projects to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Own commercial development and end-to-end contract management for locomotive leasing and maintenance across Scandinavia. Lead customer acquisition, pricing, negotiation, RFP support, contract lifecycle management, billing resolution, operational coordination (deliveries, returns, logistics), compliance, and continuous improvement to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Lead IT portfolio governance and PMO for a major industrial transformation: define governance standards, manage project prioritization, oversee risks, deliver executive reporting, support strategic programs, monitor budgets and vendor performance while ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement.
