Lead IT portfolio governance and PMO for a major industrial transformation: define governance standards, manage project prioritization, oversee risks, deliver executive reporting, support strategic programs, monitor budgets and vendor performance while ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Manage and plan workshop operations for locomotive heavy maintenance, ensuring ECM IV regulatory compliance, coordinating resources and materials, providing technical support and fault analysis, overseeing quality assurance, and driving continuous process improvements.
