Strengthen and deploy PMO framework and governance across the group; support portfolio prioritization, monitoring of project performance, risks, dependencies and resource allocation; facilitate governance meetings and steering committees; provide PMO expertise and hands-on support for strategic or complex projects to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Manage accounts payable: process and post supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, reconcile vendor accounts, process expense claims, produce AP reports, and maintain compliance with tax and internal control requirements.

Own commercial development and end-to-end contract management for locomotive leasing and maintenance across Scandinavia. Lead customer acquisition, pricing, negotiation, RFP support, contract lifecycle management, billing resolution, operational coordination (deliveries, returns, logistics), compliance, and continuous improvement to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
