Perform general painting, refinishing, surface preparation, paint mixing/tinting, install vinyl wall coverings and wallpaper, tape and finish drywall, glazing/caulking, cut/install glass, apply signage/stencils, maintain painting equipment, and follow work orders in a hospital/federal facility environment.

This role provides inpatient medical care, including diagnosing conditions, managing patient care transitions, and responding to emergencies. Candidates are preferred to have experience in tribal healthcare settings and with a broad scope of inpatient medicine.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room functioning as both scrub and circulating nurse: prepare surgical cases, monitor patients intraoperatively, manage instruments and sterile field, and coordinate with the surgical team across a range of procedures. 13-week contract (possible extension); M-F day shift with intermittent on-call (6-8 times/month). W-2 position.

Provide nursing care in a day hospital including dialysis and general med/surg patients. Requires acute care dialysis experience, ACLS certification, and participation in weekend call. Full-time schedule: four 10-hour day shifts with additional weekend/weekday call coverage.

The ER Nurse provides critical care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries, requiring strong clinical skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Provide diagnostic CT and plain-film radiography across inpatient, outpatient, ED, ICU, and surgical settings; support trauma, intraoperative and fluoroscopic imaging; consult with radiologists on protocols; complete clinical documentation; follow radiation safety and infection-control standards; reliably cover assigned shifts in a high-volume, understaffed radiology department serving the Navajo Nation.

Provide specialized apheresis nursing care at the NIH Clinical Center, performing and monitoring therapeutic and donor apheresis procedures, operating equipment, managing vascular access, monitoring for procedural reactions, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team. 13-week W-2 contract with M-F schedule and monthly weekend on-call.

The pharmacist will provide essential services for the Pharmacy program, including medication dispensing and patient counseling to ensure safe pharmaceutical care.

Provide outpatient nursing care across multispecialty clinics OP 7 and OP 10 at the Ambulatory Care Research Facility. Support varied clinic caseload including assessments, procedures, central line care, and protocol-driven outpatient services. 13-week assignment (possible extension). M-F shifts (7:00–15:30 or 8:00–16:30); no weekends or federal holidays.

Provide pediatric nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents in NIH Clinical Center research protocols. Perform age-appropriate assessments, medication administration, family-centered care, and overnight monitoring on night shift. 13-week W-2 contract, three 12-hour night shifts per week, with holidays and weekends as needed.

Provide outpatient nursing care in an ambulatory research clinic: support patient visits, procedures, assessments, and protocol-driven care. Emphasize patient education, coordinate outpatient services, and provide clinical support to research and care teams.

Provide fast-track emergency care in a high-volume ED serving the Navajo Nation: evaluate, diagnose, treat, perform/interpret diagnostics, manage treatment plans and minor procedures, coordinate patient flow, document in EHR per IHS/HIPAA, and provide culturally responsive discharge and follow-up. Night shifts (10–12 hours).
