Perform engineering floor support, routine engineering tasks, and assist in various engineering projects. Assist in design and implementation methods to improve product quality and manufacturing. Two-year technical degree or comparable experience required with at least 2 years of engineering/technical experience in a manufacturing environment. Special skills desired include PLC experience, knowledge of engineering systems in manufacturing, ability to work in a team environment, knowledge of safety and environmental considerations, strong oral and written communications, proficiency with PC-based software, and willingness to stay on a problem until completion.

Responsibility for facilitating the Quality Department activities and procedures to ensure product quality. Investigate customer complaints, draft stability testing protocols, provide summaries and reporting, train personnel, develop and update methods and procedures, review/approve protocols, document protocols and maintain files, support daily QA/QC activities, supervise staff.

The position is for a self-motivated and innovative software developer proficient in Matlab programming. The role involves maintaining and enhancing existing Matlab tools, as well as developing embedded software using a model-based design approach. The software engineer will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver an electric brake system with full functional software and controls.

Develop and optimize electromechanical brake system and architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish system requirements and design specifications. Validate system performance through testing and traceability. Support equipment development and execute system testing.

Performs various production related activities in a safe manner to insure quality products in manufacturing, quality control, shipping, receiving, etc. Sets up and operates production equipment, follows standardized work instructions, and produces a quality product. May assist with minor maintenance duties.

Perform quality floor support, routine quality tasks, and assist in various quality assurance/control projects in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include process audits, maintaining quality control data, coordinating prototype parts inspection, and supporting new product launches. Requires a two-year technical degree and one year of quality/technical experience.

Support quality improvement and technical areas in manufacturing production. Participate in quality improvement activities, assist in problem-solving, lead meetings, provide guidance and technical support for improvement projects and processes. Report quality system results and metrics. Requires a 4-year college degree in engineering or technical field and a minimum of 4 years in the quality field. Familiarity with automotive customer's quality requirements and industry standards is preferred. Must have strong communication skills, automotive or manufacturing industry experience, and proficiency in various quality improvement tools and techniques.
