Lead all site production activities for an aircraft-component MRO, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution to meet turnaround, quality, output and cost targets. Oversee capacity planning, KPI analysis, budgets, union relations and development of two production managers while driving continuous improvement, audit readiness, and ERP-based production reporting.

Serve as the on-site customer contact to manage end-to-end order processing, procurement research and validation, logistics/exchange/warranty processes, invoice and credit queries, contract performance tracking, and urgent/AOG responses while driving process improvements and customer relationships.

Manage an allocated group of suppliers and contracts to drive cost savings, performance, and compliance. Oversee contract negotiation, monitoring KPIs, recover remedies, perform market analysis, and collaborate with sourcing and internal stakeholders to improve supplier effectiveness and mitigate risk.

Provide strategic legal advice across AJW Group, lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial and aviation contracts, manage cross-border transactions and overseas entity oversight, mentor junior lawyers, coordinate with finance and external counsel on debt recovery, develop in-house precedents, and deliver legal and compliance training.

Administer and optimise the Atlassian/JIRA environment: manage projects, workflows, permissions, custom fields, automations, dashboards and integrations. Support users, gather requirements, ensure governance and data quality, and provide training, documentation and continuous improvement across global operational and project teams.

Provide strategic executive support to the President and leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating leadership and Board governance, producing executive presentations and performance dashboards, tracking strategic initiatives, and ensuring rigorous follow-up on decisions and deliverables. Serve as a trusted liaison, translate complex data into clear reports, and maintain confidentiality while driving operational cadence.

Provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Chairman by coordinating travel and logistics, managing information and schedules, preparing concise summaries and polished documents, handling confidential material, and proactively simplifying processes to keep the Chairman’s day running smoothly under tight deadlines.

Provide strategic legal advice and lead complex commercial contract negotiations, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, manage cross-border transactions and overseas entity setup, ensure regulatory and compliance oversight, develop precedents and training, coordinate with finance and external counsel, and support company-wide legal needs.
