Leads AJW Technique’s commercial and customer strategy for aircraft component MRO services. Oversees business development, sales, strategic accounts, customer experience, pricing, contracts, forecasting, budgets, and commercial governance. Drives profitable revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction while managing three managers. Builds executive relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors, OEMs, and defense-sector customers; leads major negotiations; coordinates with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain; and ensures export-control and anti-corruption compliance.

Provides senior technical leadership for mechanical component repair engineering in an aerospace MRO environment. Develops repair instructions, tooling, test equipment, and software; investigates component issues; improves reliability and reduces costs; reviews service bulletins and maintenance manuals; introduces new repair capabilities; and manages NPI projects. Collaborates with production, quality, supply chain, OEMs, and customers while mentoring engineers, resolving technical escalations, documenting departmental knowledge, and supporting engineering leadership.

Provides onsite first-line IT and digital support at AJW’s Sofia office. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, access, connectivity, devices, accounts, and business applications; managing support tickets; escalating complex issues; assisting with local digital projects; and promoting effective IT and cybersecurity practices. The role requires strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, troubleshooting ability, communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and customer focus.

Supports procurement and sourcing of aircraft components and materials, including supplier pricing, delivery tracking, market research, OEM price validation, supplier identification, billing variance analysis, compliance monitoring, and repair-order follow-up. The intern also assists with cost estimates, quoting, billing documentation, dispute tracking, and supplier communications while supporting production requirements.

Supports aerospace engineers and production technicians by designing tooling and test equipment for aircraft components. Creates SolidWorks 3D models and 2D drawings, prepares technical documentation and repair instructions, reviews maintenance manuals, and supports production troubleshooting. The role also researches process improvements, reduces repair costs, and defines requirements for testing equipment, technician training, and materials.

Develop and improve quality processes, investigate customer complaints and nonconformances, conduct internal and external audits, maintain QMS data accuracy, ensure supplier and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role supports aviation component and service quality, airworthiness, safety, customer satisfaction, and accurate investigation reporting while coordinating with auditors, customers, and suppliers.

Generate and qualify aviation-sector leads, manage customer relationships and inquiries, communicate product information, facilitate sales, and support revenue targets. Analyze market and customer trends, maintain accurate sales records, provide feedback to sales and internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement and streamlined order handling. The role collaborates across departments to ensure timely customer delivery and identify new business opportunities.
