Provides specialized lactation support to mothers and infants through breastfeeding assessments, education, evidence-based interventions, and individualized care plans. Addresses latch, milk supply, and infant feeding concerns; coordinates referrals and follow-up care; documents consultations; collaborates with healthcare providers and support networks; and maintains clinical, hygiene, infection-control, privacy, and ethical standards.

Provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including pregnancy management, postpartum care, acute gynecologic diagnosis and treatment, labor support, surgical procedures, medical documentation, and supervision of ancillary healthcare staff. The physician works three office or surgical days weekly and completes one 24-hour hospital call shift per week.
