Aizer Health, formerly Ezras Choilim Health Center, is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center serving Kiryas Joel and surrounding New York communities. It provides comprehensive care across primary, acute, internal medicine, pediatric, dental, women’s, behavioral, rehabilitation, podiatry, vision, and specialty services. Its mission is to improve community health through compassionate, accessible care for people at every stage of life, including wellness and end-of-life support.
