Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for the Israel site, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, hiring-manager collaboration, offers, onboarding, and process improvement. The role focuses on recruiting both active and passive candidates across varied positions and driving recruitment processes independently during a three-month temporary assignment.

Manage configuration control, product releases, engineering changes, and lifecycle documentation in PLM systems. Support new product introduction from development through mass production, including PCB processes, manufacturability reviews, first-article production, manufacturing documentation, assembly drawings, and subcontractor support. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, marketing, and R&D teams to resolve production issues, improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Supports the Quality Management System and customer quality requirements through contract reviews, nonconformance management, corrective actions, first article inspections, quality metrics, supplier quality, audits, and product inspection. The role coordinates quality documentation, analyzes performance trends, supports AS9100 compliance, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers in a regulated aerospace and defense environment.

Performs in-house and supplier inspections of mechanical parts, assemblies, and work in progress. Interprets drawings and specifications, analyzes CMM reports and inspection data, manages nonconforming products and supplier corrective actions, verifies calibration, maintains quality records, and supports continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with QMS requirements, ISO 9001, and relevant mechanical standards while monitoring supplier quality and preparing inspection documentation.

Performs end-to-end qualification and acceptance testing for rugged embedded aerospace computing products. Manages test stations, environmental stress testing, high-speed networking validation, calibration, documentation, and ERP data. Diagnoses PCB-level faults, investigates defects and customer complaints, prepares failure reports, and collaborates with design, production, and quality teams to improve product reliability, compliance, and manufacturing efficiency.

Develop and maintain Board Support Packages and low-level device drivers for real-time embedded systems in mission-critical, rugged environments. Collaborate with hardware, systems, and QA teams on hardware-software integration, platform bring-up, debugging, optimization, and architecture discussions. The role requires strong C programming, RTOS-based BSP and driver development, hardware integration, and communication skills. Experience with VxWorks, bare-metal development, and avionics interfaces such as ARINC and MIL-STD is advantageous.

The Senior Material Planner develops and maintains material, production, and demand plans in ERP/MRP systems. Responsibilities include analyzing forecasts, inventory, capacity, shortages, lead times, and supply constraints; maintaining planning data, BOMs, and MRP parameters; coordinating with procurement, engineering, production, logistics, and program teams; supporting S&OP and production scheduling; and improving delivery performance, inventory health, forecast accuracy, and planning integrity.

Leads Aitech’s AI roadmap and organization-wide enablement program. Identifies and implements high-impact AI use cases, builds agents, copilots, automations, and knowledge assistants, and scales solutions from proof of concept to production. Partners with technical and business teams on secure infrastructure, governance, responsible AI, adoption, and organizational change. Measures business impact through productivity, efficiency, quality, decision-making, and ROI improvements.
