Manages multiple aerospace and defense projects or integrated product teams from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, resource, quality, risk, customer, and contractual management; leading cross-functional teams; coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance; preparing status reports and briefings; supporting proposals and transitions; and ensuring compliance with requirements and configuration processes.

Leads U.S. military and aerospace business development across defense branches and commercial markets. Identifies, qualifies, shapes, and closes opportunities exceeding $1 million with prime contractors and suppliers. Builds customer relationships, tracks government programs and budgets, supports proposals, influences product requirements, manages CRM opportunities, participates in strategic planning and trade shows, and collaborates with engineering, operations, and program management. Requires significant travel across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Leads U.S. defense and aerospace sales for board-level embedded computing products. Builds and manages distributor and manufacturer representative channels, develops relationships with engineering and program stakeholders, drives design-in opportunities, manages sales execution and inside sales, and owns opportunities through technical qualification, proposals, and commercial closure. Requires deep experience selling complex electronics to defense primes and technical credibility with engineering customers.
