Develop and grow a freight-forwarding customer account base through new-business generation, field sales planning, client engagement, negotiations, proposals, and customer visits. Manage existing customer relationships, achieve sales quotas and revenue goals, maintain CRM data, coordinate supporting documentation, and conduct regular account reviews. The role requires logistics or supply-chain B2B sales experience, fluent Italian, strong English, and field-based work in central Italy.
