Monitor and analyze network quality KPIs (coverage, OOKLA speed/consistency), develop KPI methodologies and analytical models, benchmark competitors, deliver data-driven reports and insights, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve network quality and support management decisions.

Perform warehouse duties including sorting products by category, picking and packing orders, verifying inbound/outbound items, loading goods for delivery, checking and organizing stock, maintaining orderliness, and completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.
