The SME Product Owner will manage end-to-end financial solutions for small businesses, leading product development, performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, user testing, and market research to enhance customer satisfaction and product usability.

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, network, and video platform projects. Define technical requirements and designs, manage scope/schedule/budget/risks, coordinate architects/engineers/vendors, ensure network reliability and video delivery quality, apply Agile/Hybrid practices, and provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.

Manage assigned accounts to drive revenue and market share by developing strategic sales plans, maintaining a healthy pipeline, building strong relationships with stakeholders, meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, preparing account plans and forecasts, ensuring service delivery and issue resolution, and acting as a trusted advisor while continuously improving product and professional knowledge.
