Maintains and improves manufacturing equipment, production processes, factory layouts, workflows, and KPIs. The role supports production-line commissioning, continuous improvement, standard work documentation, engineering changes, cost analysis, quality initiatives, and new product launches. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing flows, work cells, staffing models, and process improvements using Lean principles, technical drawings, fabrication methods, tooling, equipment, and quality standards.

Designs and develops RV products, collaborates with sales, R&D, customers, suppliers, and sourcing teams, and supports prototype installation and product launches. Verifies system performance, maintains product documentation, monitors field performance, gathers customer feedback, and tracks product KPIs. Requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic design expertise, product development experience, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

The Manufacturing Engineer improves and sustains manufacturing processes across composite panels, shades, RV steps, and roof kits. Responsibilities include process optimization, Lean continuous improvement, line and work-cell design, documentation, engineering changes, production troubleshooting, KPI analysis, capacity planning, tooling and equipment improvements, and support for launches and process validation. The role collaborates across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain in both office and manufacturing environments.
