Build and own AI-powered full-stack features for pdfFiller, including tool-calling, streaming, RAG, agent orchestration, and document intelligence. The role is approximately 80% backend and 20% frontend, covering requirements, implementation, testing, LLM evaluations, documentation, observability, production monitoring, incident response, code reviews, and modernization. The developer will work with Node.js, React, cloud infrastructure, vector search, and LLM tooling.

Create and manage multi-channel B2B SaaS content across the funnel, including website, blog, email, social, and sales collateral. Own content from briefing through publishing, optimization, and performance review. Partner with Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Success on launches, go-to-market campaigns, and enablement. Use SEO, analytics, CMS tools, and AI writing platforms to improve content quality, engagement, conversions, and search visibility.

Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and execute campaigns across onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back. Segment customers, personalize cross-channel messaging, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns to improve activation, revenue, retention, and lifetime value. Partner with product, growth, data, support, and customer success teams while using AI for segmentation, personalization, copy development, and journey mapping.
