Coordinate aircraft and crew schedules to fulfill owner, charter, and prospect trips while ensuring compliance with FAR Part 135/91K and company procedures. Plan and deliver creative customer experiences, manage event activations, ensure brand-aligned touchpoints, process gifts, support training and newsletters, analyze CX metrics, and maintain Salesforce customer data.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable including vendor setup, payment processing, 3-way invoice matching to purchase orders, month-end AP reconciliations, credit card and Concur expense support, and assistance with audits and month-end close processes.

Manage client revenue recognition and reporting, oversee monthly close and owner invoicing, evaluate contracts for accounting treatment, maintain revenue accounts and reconciliations, support audits and system implementations, lead and mentor accounting staff, and drive process improvements related to revenue and owner invoicing.
