Manage online vehicle leads and sales processes: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure compliance with laws and lender requirements, prepare paperwork, close deals, audit team deals post-sale, and drive financing and F&I product presentations to maximize profitability and funding.

Coordinate incoming customer inquiries by phone and online, qualify sales leads, book showroom appointments, record notes in the CRM, cross-train on internet and phone prospecting, attend sales/product training and meetings, and support the BDC team to deliver strong customer service and drive vehicle sales opportunities.

Greet service customers, generate leads from the service drive, perform daily appraisals and acquisitions, make 40–60 calls daily, set appointments, coordinate with sales managers, and meet weekly vehicle acquisition goals. Drive vehicle trade-ins and support sales/service department tasks.
