Manage online vehicle leads and sales processes: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure compliance with laws and lender requirements, prepare paperwork, close deals, audit team deals post-sale, and drive financing and F&I product presentations to maximize profitability and funding.

Coordinate incoming customer inquiries by phone and online, qualify sales leads, book showroom appointments, record notes in the CRM, cross-train on internet and phone prospecting, attend sales/product training and meetings, and support the BDC team to deliver strong customer service and drive vehicle sales opportunities.

Handle internet and e-commerce sales leads: respond promptly, maintain inventory and pricing knowledge, demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives, convert leads to shown/sold appointments, follow up by phone/email, prospect for new customers, complete required training, and maintain customer satisfaction scores.
