Coordinates community events, tradeshows, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations from planning through execution. Manages logistics, vendors, venues, promotional materials, and on-site representation while collaborating with Marketing and Social Media. Builds stakeholder relationships, tracks commitments and outcomes, evaluates community investment activity, and recommends opportunities aligned with Air North’s priorities.

Coordinates marketing projects from planning through execution and reporting, including brand activations, campaigns, launches, events, and Air North’s 50th anniversary initiatives. Manages timelines, stakeholders, vendors, contractors, logistics, purchasing, budgets, deliverables, and post-project evaluations. Partners with marketing, social media, events, and external agencies to execute branded experiences and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and brand standards.

Manage social media presence for multiple brands across major platforms. Create multimedia content, curate user-generated content, maintain content calendars, publish and monitor daily posts, engage with audiences, support live event coverage, coordinate campaigns with internal teams and partners, and analyze platform performance to produce reports and recommendations.

Configures, validates, and supports airline Passenger Service Systems and SaaS platforms. Manages configuration changes, testing, documentation, vendor coordination, integrations, defect resolution, Tier-2 user support, training, and system release activities. Supports migrations, upgrades, deployments, and go-live readiness while maintaining configuration records and operational system knowledge. Participates in on-call support and coordinates with vendors, government agencies, and third parties on technical and compliance requirements.

Plans and delivers complex IT projects, including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. Manages project portfolios, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, changes, vendors, contracts, and stakeholder communications. Oversees reporting, KPIs, project closure, knowledge transfer, post-implementation reviews, and improvements to project management practices and tools.

Lead northern ground operations for Air North, providing visible operational and people leadership across stations. Ensure safe, compliant aircraft handling, customer service, baggage and ramp operations; manage staffing, vendor and community relationships; support emergency response and Transport Canada/SMS compliance; monitor performance and reporting to maintain reliable regional air service.
