Produces and distributes invoices for cargo, ticketing, and ground-handling transactions; reconciles accounts receivable subledgers to the general ledger; processes revenue, adjustments, write-offs, and journal entries; monitors overdue accounts; performs collections; and responds to customer billing inquiries.

Lead northern ground operations for Air North, providing visible operational and people leadership across stations. Ensure safe, compliant aircraft handling, customer service, baggage and ramp operations; manage staffing, vendor and community relationships; support emergency response and Transport Canada/SMS compliance; monitor performance and reporting to maintain reliable regional air service.
