As a Sales Development Representative at AirGarage, you'll qualify leads, conduct outreach via phone and email, and collaborate with Account Executives to generate sales opportunities while improving personal sales skills through coaching.

Lead and build the finance function: own driver-based models, unit economics by location, forecasting, ERP implementation, cap table and equity operations, investor/board reporting, vendor negotiation, comp and G&A stewardship, and prepare the company for audits while partnering across product, operations, sales, and engineering.

Build and run AirGarage's owned publication and quarterly data report program. Find stories in proprietary data, conduct interviews, earn media coverage, run founder/company social, contribute to SEO and geo content, and operationalize AI tools to automate analysis and production. This is a scrappy, startup editorial role requiring outreach, pitching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and pipeline.

Lead and own end-to-end accounting: monthly close, revenue recognition, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. Convert books to full accrual, migrate from QuickBooks to a modern ERP, rebuild the chart of accounts, manage multi-jurisdiction indirect tax/compliance, prepare the company for audits, connect accounting to operational data systems, and hire/mentor a lean in-house accounting team while partnering across operations, product, and sales.

Qualify parking asset owners through account-based prospecting and multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn). Conduct strategic research, book qualified meetings for AEs, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and provide cross-functional feedback to improve processes.
