Lead process engineering for direct air capture systems from R&D through commercial-scale deployment. Own Aspen Plus models, process designs, PFDs, P&IDs, control narratives, HAZOPs, and techno-economic analyses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering, operations, finance, commercial, supply chain, and vendor teams. Support troubleshooting, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and efficiency improvements while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining rigorous technical documentation.

Conduct component- and system-level testing for Direct Air Capture equipment, including performance characterization, HALT and ALT programs, instrumentation, fixture design, data analysis, reliability testing, and operational optimization. Develop physics-based performance metrics, assess degradation and design-life assumptions, translate findings into engineering improvements, and help build data pipelines, dashboards, and reports. The role is onsite and involves hands-on equipment work and lifting 25 pounds or more.
