Design, build, and operate scalable, secure backend services; contribute to architecture, code quality (TDD, CI/CD), monitoring, and cross-team delivery. Mentor peers and drive engineering improvements.

Troubleshoot defects, develop engineering solutions and documentation, liaise with OEMs and regulators, manage MEL/EDTO and flight permit submissions, perform root-cause and reliability analysis, and support compliance, audits, and continuing airworthiness activities.

Support the Group CLO and Compliance Officer on licensing, regulatory engagement, compliance assurance, advisory on governance/policies, gap analysis, testing, and regulatory submissions across multiple SEA markets.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution for customer, merchant, and back-office digital experiences. Drive Agile teams through ideation, development, releases, and continuous improvement. Align stakeholders, prioritize backlog, use data and competitive research to inform decisions, and advocate best practices in CRO, A/B testing, and Agile.

Lead and grow an engineering team, drive delivery and technical strategy, ensure scalable, high-quality systems, foster engineering culture, manage hiring, performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead category sourcing (e.g., IT, Facility) in Thailand to optimize costs, manage suppliers and contracts, mitigate risks, meet KPIs, deliver category analyses, drive process improvements, and partner with stakeholders to ensure procurement compliance and value creation.

Lead go-to-market strategy and campaign execution for MOVETIX products and entertainment partnerships. Own launches for bundled ticket+travel propositions, integrated 360 marketing campaigns, partnership development, stakeholder alignment, always-on audience growth, and performance tracking to drive ticket sales, engagement, and commercial outcomes across the region.

Lead flight dispatch and crew scheduling to meet on-time performance and regulatory compliance. Maintain crew records, process flight time discretion reports, manage operational support systems (flight planning, weather, NOTAMs), enforce flight following and emergency procedures, coordinate with engineering/scheduling/revenue teams, and manage OCC budget and KPIs.

Support workplace and endpoint management, administer Slack/Google Workspace/Jira/Confluence, manage onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory, partner with Platform/SRE, and build automations to reduce operational toil and improve engineering productivity.

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure ensuring availability, scalability, and security. Provide 2nd/3rd-tier support, troubleshoot switches/routers/WAPs, manage firewalls/IDS/VPNs, monitor performance with diagnostic tools, coordinate with IT teams and vendors, conduct proof-of-concepts, and document configurations and procedures.

Drive revenue growth by analyzing sales performance, developing and negotiating airline partnerships, creating flight+hotel packages, managing campaigns, and providing market insights to optimize offerings.

Drive Next Day product adoption by prospecting SMBs via cold calling and social outreach, deliver tailored sales pitches, convert leads, manage a portfolio of larger e-commerce clients, coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs, and conduct account reviews to grow revenue.

Lead culture and employee experience initiatives across ASEAN, activating values through onboarding, campaigns, content, events, engagement activities and regional activations. Create content and toolkits, run onboarding and recognition programs, analyze employee feedback, and coordinate cross-market culture projects to strengthen connection and engagement.

Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL pipelines and data infrastructure. Ensure data quality and governance, support cross-functional teams, integrate big-data tools, and use visualization to drive decisions while automating and optimizing workflows.

Support daily cargo sales activities, manage rate quotations and bookings, respond to enquiries, track shipments and coordinate rebookings, handle interline allotments, assist urgent space requests, perform sales visits, and collaborate with sales and operations for customer support and service recovery.
