Hands-on Tech Lead to design and deliver scalable full-stack EdTech solutions, lead frontend/backend teams, architect and integrate agentic AI (LLM orchestration, tool-calling, RAG), own GCP architecture, guide data pipelines, enforce coding standards and CI/CD, and collaborate with product/design to deliver features.

Lead brand strategy and build new brands from concept to execution. Conduct market and trend analysis, define positioning, value propositions and brand frameworks, and act as brand guardian across a portfolio. Collaborate with product, creative, marketing and legal to ensure timely delivery, synthesize insights, and craft compelling brand narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end video and photo production for marketing and communications: develop concepts, shoot, edit (color, sound, motion graphics), manage equipment, timelines, budgets, mentor juniors, and ensure brand-consistent, platform-optimized deliverables.
