Teams at AirAsia

Manages demand forecasting, inventory planning, SKU records, purchase requisitions, and business analysis for inflight products. Coordinates passenger demand, meal distribution, sales goals, promotions, flight operations, and external caterers. Tracks shortages, aging stock, wastage, and financial risks while producing operational reports and resolving demand issues. The role also supports governance, cross-regional best practices, and guidance for demand planners.

Lead country-level people strategy for Thai AirAsia by aligning HR initiatives with business goals, advising executives, strengthening organizational structure, improving performance and engagement, developing leadership pipelines, managing compensation and benefits, promoting culture and employer branding, and ensuring employee relations, governance, compliance, and workforce planning effectiveness.

Support People & Culture by running onboarding and employee engagement, designing internal content (graphics/videos), organizing and hosting events, building engagement campaigns, analyzing feedback, coordinating meetings and office tours, and managing communications and follow-ups.
