Lead production support and integration for high-volume airline and travel commerce platforms. Monitor, triage, and resolve API and integration issues, onboard partners, maintain runbooks, drive incident response and root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering to improve system resilience and observability.

Act as the on-the-ground Thailand market lead to provide local market intelligence, identify and prioritize growth opportunities (especially hotels and ancillaries), translate insights into actionable briefs, validate recommendations with analytics, and influence cross-functional teams to localize product, CRM, and partnerships for rapid market execution.
