Lead Airalo's global pricing strategy and function across B2C/B2B/B2B2C. Build pricing organization, frameworks, data infrastructure, experimentation, and governance to drive revenue, margin, conversion, and LTV improvements.

The Principal Customer Data Platform Engineer will manage the customer data architecture, focusing on tracking, identity resolution, compliance, and data governance for Airalo. They'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systematic data flow, integrity, and compliance across various platforms and lead architectural decisions.

As the Customer Retention Director, you will own and drive retention strategies across CRM, Product, and Data to enhance user engagement and value for Airalo's customers.

Design, maintain, and optimize HLR/HSS/UDM subscriber templates and roaming logic. Lead Full MVNO profile deployments, collaborate with roaming partners and system integrators, define HLR/HSS KPIs, and troubleshoot signalling using Wireshark and roaming platforms.

Lead and grow an analytics engineering team to build self-service analytics: own semantic layer, core dbt models, dashboards, and Lightdash adoption. Establish governance, modeling standards, testing, documentation, and enablement while partnering with analysts and Data Engineering to deliver scalable, production-quality data products.

Lead group controllership and risk activities across multi-entity operations: month/quarter/year-end close, consolidation, internal controls (RACMs/SOX-like), audit liaison, ERP/consolidation implementations, and cross-functional governance to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

As the Data Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team, manage data infrastructure, design scalable solutions, and drive data quality initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
