Manage the supplier quality program by conducting supplier audits, onboarding suppliers, monitoring scorecards and defect rates, leading PPAP, RMA, and corrective action efforts, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards. The role also involves supply-chain risk analysis, supplier improvement initiatives, reporting to management, and collaboration with manufacturing and procurement teams. Local and domestic travel of approximately 10% is required.
