Develop and maintain production schedules using inventory, material, resource, and delivery data. Monitor production results, revise schedules, generate reports, recommend operational improvements, manage engineering change material updates, and support documentation, process control, and ERP improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient production and timely output.

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, adjust conversational programs, interpret technical drawings, inspect parts using precision measuring equipment, and verify first-article and ongoing production quality. The role also includes documentation, preventative maintenance, deburring, and occasional shipping support. Positions are available on first and fourth shifts, with a 15% differential for fourth shift.
