Manage supplier onboarding and early project buying through transition to serial production. Lead sourcing activities including RFP/RFI, reverse auctions, contract development/negotiation, cost reduction, risk analysis, benchmarking, and supplier relationship development. Maintain spending/savings metrics and support cross-training within Supply Chain.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design and prototyping of scroll compressors and vacuum pumps. Create SolidWorks models and fabrication drawings, perform FEA/CFD analysis, design for manufacturability, support prototyping and testing, troubleshoot prototypes, and mentor junior engineers. Work independently on defense-related programs and establish engineering processes while meeting program commitments.
