Manage sourcing and negotiation of equipment, materials, and services for large capital projects. Run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, analyze bids, negotiate terms, issue POs in SAP, coordinate technical clarifications with engineering and suppliers, maintain purchasing records and supplier relationships, support proposal budgeting, and present procurement updates to project stakeholders.

The IT Business Partner will oversee IT operations in LATAM, align IT strategies with business goals, manage service delivery, ensure compliance, and lead regional IT initiatives.

Achieve revenue targets for assigned territory by prospecting industrial customers, developing relationships, negotiating and closing contracts, supporting product promotion and welding/cutting application development, tracking competition, and ensuring customer satisfaction and account ownership.
