Perform biotechnological manufacturing operations for marine cosmetic active ingredients, primarily preparing culture media, conducting sterile cell culture transfers, scaling processes, and harvesting. May also perform algal and plant extraction operations. Follow HSE, cosmetic GMP, procedures, and timelines while supporting continuous improvement. Requires a Bac+2/3 biotechnology education, cell culture expertise, rigor, teamwork, solution orientation, and computer proficiency.

Implements and operates China’s data compliance framework, including CSL, DSL, and PIPL requirements. Manages key data and personal information inventories, CBDT assessments, MLPS conformity assessments, annual security risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, and IT project reviews. Coordinates incident response, audits, regulatory reporting, training, and compliance records while advising D&IT, legal, HR, business teams, regulators, and data subjects.

Manage and grow sales and profitability across assigned accounts by assessing customer needs, developing customized solutions with internal teams, negotiating contracts, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Serve as the primary client contact, provide responsive customer service, and address inquiries and concerns. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field, plus at least three years of commercial experience.
