The Senior Operations Manager leads the Operations team to ensure safe, efficient site operations, focusing on quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing performance, team development, and overseeing compliance with safety regulations.

Ensure products meet internal and external regulatory standards by applying technical quality knowledge. Maintain and improve the management system using audits, customer complaints, and indicators. Monitor processes per the monitoring plan, publish results, and drive improvements. Conduct industrial audits, manage customer derogation requests, and collect supplier equipment and prepare PVRI documentation per customer requirements.

Support plant operations by identifying process improvements and refurbishment projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, performing troubleshooting, managing small capital projects and MOCs, supporting maintenance and reliability, maintaining operating and regulatory documentation, training technicians, and participating in on-call rotation with occasional travel.
