Lead Business & Technology academic division: oversee program and curriculum development, accreditation, budgets, data-informed planning, faculty/staff supervision, industry partnerships, enrollment and grant/contract management, and strategic initiatives to align programs with workforce needs.

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing systems for 200+ academic programs. Manage CRM workflows, integrations, paid media, analytics, and campaign operations. Develop program marketing playbooks, lead go-to-market for new programs, provide data-driven reporting, supervise contract and student staff, ensure compliance (FERPA/GDPR), and coordinate with cross-functional partners to drive enrollment.

Lead content strategy and production to support enrollment, retention, and brand goals. Create and optimize web, email, ad, and print content using SEO, structured data, analytics, and generative AI. Ensure compliance with accessibility and privacy standards, manage editorial governance and content workflows, train and consult cross-college partners, and oversee vendors, interns, and campaign support.

Develops and produces photography, video, motion graphics, and design assets to support college branding, enrollment, and storytelling. Plans and executes shoots, edits and retouches imagery, creates motion and captioned video, designs supporting graphics, manages asset archiving and releases, writes short-form copy, and coordinates with stakeholders to meet brand, accessibility, and deadline requirements.
