Teams at Aims Community College

Provide student-focused registration and records support, handle registration troubleshooting, data entry in the student information system, evaluate transfer credits, ensure compliance with federal/state/accreditation rules (including FERPA), serve as departmental liaison, assist with training, ERP testing, and special projects to support student progression and completion.

Manage a portfolio of individual and corporate donors, develop and execute strategic fundraising campaigns, build corporate partnerships, create tailored proposals and contracts, maintain CRM data and reports, support Foundation operations and events, and collaborate with the Executive Director to meet fundraising goals and promote community engagement.
