Lead Business & Technology academic division: oversee program and curriculum development, accreditation, budgets, data-informed planning, faculty/staff supervision, industry partnerships, enrollment and grant/contract management, and strategic initiatives to align programs with workforce needs.

Manage the college's ADAAA accommodation process end-to-end, coordinate leave interactions (FMLA, Colorado FAMLI, Workers' Comp), maintain confidential medical files, generate Workday reports, support classification and compensation updates in PayFactors, and provide administrative and cross-functional HR support.
