Meet sales and profit targets, troubleshoot products/processes at customer sites, coordinate samples and technical requirements with internal teams, attend trade shows, and maintain account reporting and customer communications.

Provide technical support and process optimization for soldering across SMT, wave and selective lines. Troubleshoot printing and reflow issues, train staff, run evaluations, document results in CRM, support product development and beta sites, and travel to customer locations as required.
