Analyzes manufacturing costs, margins, sales performance, inventory, and variances across multiple sites. Maintains cost standards, develops KPI analyses, supports profitability assessments, audits, continuous improvement, and corrective actions. Partners with operations, sales, finance, and manufacturing sites to standardize costing practices and improve decision-making. Requires advanced Excel, ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and French-English bilingualism.

Creates and manages B2B marketing content across websites, blogs, social media, email, advertising, videos, publications, training materials, and sales enablement channels. Develops messaging frameworks, personas, and content journeys aligned with customer needs and commercial goals. Translates technical manufacturing concepts into clear, engaging communications, monitors industry trends, supports product updates, and ensures consistent brand messaging across global marketing initiatives.

Coordinates global continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing facilities. The role analyzes processes and KPIs, conducts internal audits, manages process documentation and engineering changes, supports 8D corrective actions, develops standard operating procedures, and improves safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. The engineer also coaches project teams, contributes to tender reviews, supports maintenance planning, and collaborates with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
