Ensure stable internal network operation: design, plan, deploy, configure, maintain and optimize network hardware and software. Manage servers (email, print, backup), security solutions (firewalls, antivirus, IDS), user accounts, backups, monitoring, troubleshooting, vendor relations, Azure and Microsoft 365 resources, and train/guide junior staff.
