Provide supervisory oversight for complex captive insurance clients, ensuring service delivery and regulatory compliance. Serve as a primary client contact and, when appropriate, as a director or officer. Lead and review staff work, support hiring and performance management, participate in fee renewals, prepare financial analyses and business plans, present to client boards, and maintain captive insurance industry expertise.

Leads underwriting for complex representations and warranties insurance transactions supporting M&A deals. Responsibilities include assessing legal, financial, and commercial risks; reviewing transaction documents and due diligence; structuring coverage; negotiating policies; managing advisors; presenting findings; coaching underwriters; and developing broker, private equity, legal, and client relationships. The role also contributes to product strategy, marketing, underwriting appetite, portfolio quality, and profitable growth.

Develop and manage enterprise data models, ontologies, and information assets across global business applications. Integrate data systems while supporting governance, quality, security, privacy, and compliance standards. Collaborate with architects, product owners, engineers, and governance teams; document architecture, improve data integration, and apply emerging technologies including AI and LLMs. The role also contributes to master and reference data management, data warehousing, reporting, and analytical data assets.
