Lead technology category sourcing for application development, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and managed services. Develop sourcing strategies, run RFI/RFPs, negotiate complex contracts (SaaS, cloud, MSAs, SOWs), manage supplier performance, mitigate vendor risk, drive cost savings, and collaborate with engineering, security, legal, finance, and product stakeholders.

Support design, implementation and management of compensation programs across UK/EMEA. Perform gender pay gap and pay transparency analyses, ensure compliance with local pay laws, manage job family architecture and job leveling, conduct benchmarking and market surveys, manage Workday compensation data and audits, and facilitate annual compensation review processes with HR partners and stakeholders.

Lead underwriting for extended warranty, fulfillment-cost, and property insurance: design programs, make underwriting decisions, manage product development (policy wording, rate revisions), coordinate with sales/claims/global teams, report to Head, and handle project work and occasional English correspondence.
