Requires Prophet proficiency and strong technical plus project management skills.

Manage end-to-end agent code lifecycle and ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness. Serve as PD SME for digital transformation and process automation. Oversee complaint lifecycle and reporting, lead BCM activities, develop and enforce SOPs, conduct risk and audit management, and drive continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and system implementations.

Analyze and reengineer business processes using digital technologies to improve efficiency; define scope, costs and benefits for digital initiatives; oversee implementation to increase productivity and align with AIA's digital strategy; propose workflow improvements and support long-term business growth.
