Responsibilities include identity and access management, device and collaboration platforms, security governance, incident escalation, root cause analysis, compliance support, solution design, service optimization, and continuous improvement. The role serves as a technical focal point for Microsoft cloud, identity, productivity, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform services while ensuring reliability, performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with service levels.

负责在KPI和SLA要求内处理理赔作业，执行流程规则，指导审核员，协调业务、运营、法务、精算和IT团队，跟进争议及问题案件，参与系统优化与测试，并开展培训、案件质检和质量审计。

Ensure compliance of sales activities across channels by embedding business quality frameworks, developing and maintaining policies and standards, and partnering with distribution and first-line stakeholders to deliver sales compliance programmes.
