Support Agency Marketing & Engagement with campaign execution and operations: assist pre-event research and promotional content, post-event reporting and analysis, administrative and ad hoc project support, and collaborate with vendors and colleagues to improve customer outcomes.

Support ALM and modelling by conducting model development/updates, following model change policies, and delivering accurate results. Assist with model-related finance tasks (budgeting, assumptions, IFRS17), model optimization and automation, and other projects as assigned.

Manage and mentor an Active Directory team; oversee deployment, configuration, security, and performance of AD (domain controllers, GPO, DNS, DHCP, CA); handle incidents, root-cause analysis, on-call duties; enforce IAM best practices and compliance; optimize AD performance; manage vendors, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
