Lead insurance product strategy, innovation, development, and performance optimization for wealth products across multiple distribution channels. Conduct market and competitor research, develop product roadmaps and business cases, manage product initiatives, engage distribution stakeholders, monitor performance, and improve profitability. Support campaign offers and frontline product enablement while collaborating across teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Administer and optimise Workday and other HRIS systems, including security, access controls, integrations, payroll interfaces, reporting, testing, releases and governance. The role resolves system issues, supports audits, translates business requirements into HR technology solutions, improves self-service and data quality, and coordinates stakeholders, vendors and compliance activities in a regulated environment.

Provides business-as-usual support for data intelligence platforms by developing, maintaining, testing, monitoring, and optimizing data pipelines. Troubleshoots staging, orchestration, transformation, data availability, and production issues while meeting SLAs and reporting deadlines. Uses Power BI, ensures adherence to standards, improves process reliability and cost effectiveness, and communicates effectively with technical teams, business users, and management. May require weekend standby support.
