Lead strategic, customer-facing AI projects from technical scoping through production delivery. Coordinate engineers, algorithm developers, linguists, and infrastructure teams while managing scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, timelines, and quality. Serve as a trusted technical customer partner, translate complex AI concepts, guide model-related tradeoffs, define success criteria, curate golden datasets, and build alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

Lead marketing design initiatives across digital campaigns, brand storytelling, conferences, events, and brand experiences. Own projects from concept through execution, shape AI21’s visual identity, translate complex AI and technology concepts into compelling visuals, and collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, and creative partners. Create infographics, data visualizations, and visual systems while managing priorities independently.

Develop and maintain distributed LLM training infrastructure, optimize training performance and model quality, adapt systems for advanced GPU hardware, and improve high-throughput, low-latency model serving. The role includes distributed training, post-training and reinforcement learning, inference optimization, debugging across the software and hardware stack, and evaluating new architectures and training methods.
