Senior Marketing Designer

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to help shape and evolve AI21's visual identity and bring bold, creative ideas to life. This is a unique opportunity for an independent, hands-on designer who thrives on ownership, thinks beyond the brief, and is excited to drive creative initiatives and take full ownership of projects from concept to execution.

You'll have the freedom to set the visual tone, push creative boundaries, and make a meaningful impact across everything from digital campaigns and brand storytelling to events and experiences. You'll work autonomously while collaborating directly with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external creative partners and vendors, translating diverse business needs and complex technology into clear, compelling visual stories. We're looking for someone with a strong conceptual mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to make creative decisions, manage multiple projects, and drive them forward independently. Someone who is equally comfortable thinking big and getting things done.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing design
• Strong experience in B2B marketing and branding
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals
• Strong skills in infographics, data visualization, and visual systems
• Experience designing for conferences, events, and brand experiences
• A sharp eye for typography, composition, and detail
• Ability to independently lead creative projects, manage priorities, and drive execution from start to finish
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with senior stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams

• Motion design and animation skills.
• A genuine curiosity for AI, emerging technologies, and experimentation.
