Complete quality deficiency reports, support disposition of defective materials, write/update SOPs, and implement corrective and preventive actions to meet customer expectations.

Provide application engineering, prepare drawings and bills of materials, estimate workloads, select equipment with sales/branch teams, ensure code compliance and project documentation accuracy, offer field technical supervision and branch support.

Design, modify, and troubleshoot automation control systems for high-speed servo packaging machinery. Update electrical schematics and parts lists, program PLCs and HMIs, support installation, start-up, verification/validation, and provide technical support to sales, purchasing, assembly, and service teams. Ensure projects meet customer requirements and schedules.
