Manage a portfolio of corporate Islamic clients by nurturing relationships, acquiring new accounts, preparing and analyzing credit proposals, cross-selling products, managing risk and ensuring compliance with bank policies to meet business plan targets.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, business-critical programs within the PMO. Develop plans, manage risks, budgets, vendors and stakeholders, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, drive benefits realization, and coach project teams. Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and present status to senior management while coordinating cross-functional delivery and portfolio prioritization.

Develop and grow the bank's Wealth Management business by increasing AUM and fee income, promoting products, building HNWI relationships, executing disciplined sales, delivering high-quality client service, ensuring compliance, and reporting performance.

Sell banking products and services to meet individual and branch sales targets. Acquire and develop customer relationships through in-branch and outside visits, support and coach staff, ensure process compliance, track sales and report performance, resolve customer complaints, and provide market feedback to improve services.

Support implementation of the bank's ESG program through data collection, validation, analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, sustainable finance monitoring, disclosures, and process improvement to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.

Lead implementation of the bank's ESG and sustainability agenda across strategy, governance, risk, products, and operations. Ensure regulatory compliance, integrate ESG/climate risks into credit and enterprise processes, maintain frameworks and reporting, support stakeholder engagement, and promote ESG culture and training. Prepare management and Board reporting, monitor KPIs and data quality, and support audits and regulatory inquiries.
