Implement and govern ORM and BCM frameworks, perform RCSA, KRIs, loss data and scenario analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk culture, advise business units, oversee remediation and testing, and manage a high-performing ORM team.

Coordinate legal and commercial mortgage creation with government entities (MOH, MOCI, Muscat Depository) for Corporate, SME, and Islamic banking customers; handle documentation receipt, filing, and safekeeping; provide backup retail PRO support; drive process improvement and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, generate business and cross-sell bank products, prepare credit proposals, monitor risk and ensure compliance, and drive process improvement and digitalization.
