Responsible for pricing strategy, cross-functional collaboration with marketing and revenue management, and 30–40% travel.

Stock and maintain housekeeping landings and guest floors, deliver linens and guest requests promptly, strip and prepare rooms, perform cleanliness projects, communicate with room attendants and laundry, and complete periodic linen inventory. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Lead accounting, payroll, and finance operations for the Peter Island resort; manage month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, payroll reviews and tax filings, AP/procurement oversight, vendor data integrity, credit card reconciliations, and support budgeting and finance initiatives while coordinating between corporate and on-island teams.

Oversee overnight front desk and valet operations, supervise and train front office staff, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, handle guest requests and issues, maintain inventory and adherence to Marriott standards, coach staff, complete audits and reports, and support interdepartmental coordination to deliver exceptional guest service.
