Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry). Maintain tools, logs, life-safety equipment, cleanliness, and follow hotel standards and safety procedures. Weekend availability required.

Provide professional hair, nail, and facial treatments at a hotel spa. Maintain sanitation, promote services and retail, perform prep and restock, handle guest questions, attend trainings, and support overall spa operations. Weekend availability and a current Michigan cosmetology license required.

Provide administrative HR support across employment, onboarding, benefits, and HR office functions. Maintain I-9s and employee files, coordinate orientation, manage shared mailboxes, assist new hires, support recruiting events, and ensure confidential recordkeeping and office operations.
