Leads engineering, maintenance, painting, decorating, building, and grounds operations for a large hotel complex. Oversees managers and up to 40 employees; manages budgets, capital projects, renovations, preventive and reactive maintenance, building systems, safety, contractors, compliance, staffing, and guest service. Requires strong facilities leadership, technical expertise, emergency response capability, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex properties.
