Lead and support multi-property food & beverage operations to maintain quality, control costs, maximize profitability, develop and retain staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. Oversee new property launches, vendor procurement, training, reporting, and preventative maintenance. Partner with VP of F&B on strategy, marketing promotions, and performance metrics while providing hands-on support as needed.

Run the laundry wash floor: sort, load/unload washers, maintain cleanliness and organization, follow hotel policies and green practices, assist guests and attend departmental meetings. Part-time with weekend availability.

Entry-level Graphic Designer responsible for creating print and digital marketing materials, email newsletters, social and promotional assets, and menus. Works with marketing team and Art Director to maintain brand consistency across multiple hospitality concepts, manage projects from concept to production, prepare files for print and digital distribution, and present creative work to stakeholders.
