Reviews and approves marketing promotions for compliance with federal, state, MICS, tribal compact, and company regulations. Conducts compliance reviews, writes reports, maintains compliance information, evaluates physical and logical security controls, and assists gaming commission staff. The role requires collaboration across departments, regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, strong English communication skills, and travel between tribal casino properties.

Processes development applications, site plan reviews, special use permits, and planning documents. Conducts research, data analysis, plan checks, independent studies, and prepares reports, recommendations, and ordinances. Maintains planning records and tracking systems, manages assigned projects, supports boards or commissions, and represents the Tribe professionally. Performs field inspections and works with applicable planning, zoning, environmental, and land-use regulations.

Oversee day-to-day Planning Department operations, review environmental documents, zoning matters, building and engineering plans, and planning projects. Prepare staff reports, analyses, presentations, policies, schedules, and procedures; coordinate with departments and outside agencies; support the Director of Planning; guide junior staff; and manage special projects.
