Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payment execution, reconciliations, month-/year-end close support, vendor master maintenance, ERP/automation improvements, and audit assistance while collaborating with finance, procurement, and operations.

Lead statutory accounting, month-end close, tax compliance and financial reporting for multiple international entities. Provide variance analyses, budgeting support, cash monitoring, internal controls and process improvements while liaising with shared services, regional leadership, auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely, accurate financials and regulatory compliance.

Perform US GAAP and local GAAP bookkeeping for LATAM and other entities, reconciliations (bank, accounts, intercompany) in SAP/BlackLine, review payment proposals, ensure correctness of accruals/prepayments/GR-IR/payroll, and handle VAT/WHT filings and Intrastat compliance. Maintain organized archives and collaborate with Corporate Finance, Sales, and Operations.

Responsible for statutory accounting, month-end close, tax and regulatory compliance, and financial reporting for multiple international entities. Prepares and analyzes balance sheet, P&L, tax reconciliations, forecasts, and management reports. Partners with Shared Services, regional leadership, auditors, and tax advisors; supports treasury, internal controls, and process improvements to ensure timely, accurate financials and compliance.
