Provides technical customer support for postharvest agricultural products in fruit-packing facilities. Monitors fungicide, wax, sanitizer, equipment, residue levels, fruit quality, decay, and sanitation practices; collects samples, maintains records, troubleshoots issues, supports trials, and ensures food safety and MRL compliance. Requires frequent driving, occasional overnight travel, equipment aptitude, customer interaction, and obtaining PCA and QAL pesticide licenses within one year.

Responsible for statutory accounting, month-end close, tax and regulatory compliance, and financial reporting for multiple international entities. Prepares and analyzes balance sheet, P&L, tax reconciliations, forecasts, and management reports. Partners with Shared Services, regional leadership, auditors, and tax advisors; supports treasury, internal controls, and process improvements to ensure timely, accurate financials and compliance.

Perform US GAAP and local GAAP bookkeeping for LATAM and other entities, reconciliations (bank, accounts, intercompany) in SAP/BlackLine, review payment proposals, ensure correctness of accruals/prepayments/GR-IR/payroll, and handle VAT/WHT filings and Intrastat compliance. Maintain organized archives and collaborate with Corporate Finance, Sales, and Operations.
