Leads regional and global biology development programs for near- and post-harvest produce solutions, from proof of concept through commercialization. Designs and manages research trials, budgets, protocols, data analysis, regulatory efficacy dossiers, and technical materials. Collaborates with CROs, universities, KOLs, regulatory, marketing, sales, and business development teams. Builds industry relationships, evaluates product opportunities, supports customer demonstrations, and develops value propositions for coatings, fungicides, sanitizers, and plant growth regulators.

Responsible for statutory accounting, month-end close, tax and regulatory compliance, and financial reporting for multiple international entities. Prepares and analyzes balance sheet, P&L, tax reconciliations, forecasts, and management reports. Partners with Shared Services, regional leadership, auditors, and tax advisors; supports treasury, internal controls, and process improvements to ensure timely, accurate financials and compliance.

Perform US GAAP and local GAAP bookkeeping for LATAM and other entities, reconciliations (bank, accounts, intercompany) in SAP/BlackLine, review payment proposals, ensure correctness of accruals/prepayments/GR-IR/payroll, and handle VAT/WHT filings and Intrastat compliance. Maintain organized archives and collaborate with Corporate Finance, Sales, and Operations.
