Provide administrative and operational support for a research station: maintain records and databases, coordinate shipping and purchasing, support recruiting/onboarding of temporary staff, plan meetings, assist with seed packaging/planting and other research-related tasks, and manage general office functions to ensure smooth execution of research projects.

Provide executive-level administrative support and manage day-to-day office operations, including calendar and travel coordination, vendor management, facilities requests, event logistics, and tracking basic operating expenses.

Lead pre-commercial testing, product development, portfolio management, and agronomy strategy for corn and soybeans. Align agronomy and product initiatives with commercial teams, direct advancement from pre-commercial to launch, manage budgets and production planning, and communicate product strategy to executives while overseeing an agronomy team.
