Provide patient- and family-centered hospice and palliative nursing care: assess needs, create and update individualized plans of care, deliver interventions and education, document in EHR, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, oversee CNAs/LPNs, and precept staff.

New Graduate Nurse position providing supervised patient-centered hospice and palliative care. Under RN supervision, perform assessments, assist with symptom management and care planning, educate patients/families, document interventions, delegate LPN/CNA tasks as directed, and participate in a structured orientation and mentorship program.

Provide hospice and palliative nursing care and case management across homecare teams. Conduct patient and family assessments, develop and update plans of care, provide interventions and education, manage symptoms and pain, document in EHR, delegate to and oversee CNAs and LPNs, and support interdisciplinary team communication and outreach.

Provide administrative support for HR Services, Talent Acquisition, and Volunteer Services including scheduling, HRIS data entry, onboarding coordination, benefits and compliance assistance, record maintenance, background checks, and HR correspondence.

Manage accounting staff and operations including month- and year-end close, audits, tax filings, financial statements, internal controls, budgeting, and financial reporting. Oversee AP/AR/billing systems, maintain chart of accounts, support financial systems, coach and develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership on analysis and budget strategy.
