Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate business and user needs into requirements, and guide software enhancements through development, testing, release, and continuous improvement. Partner with stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering teams; create user stories and acceptance criteria; support Agile ceremonies and user acceptance testing; resolve blockers; communicate priorities and risks; and make trade-off decisions based on business value, user impact, technical constraints, and available resources.

Own and execute dealer acquisition strategy through market segmentation, outbound outreach, pipeline development, and performance analysis. Identify target markets, refine messaging, optimize lead quality and conversion, maintain CRM data, and partner with Sales to support revenue growth. The role requires high-volume calling, strong communication, objection handling, organization, resilience, and comfort working in an in-office team environment.

Funds auto loans by reviewing documents, programs, and verifications for validity and regulatory compliance. Manages the origination process through funding, communicates statuses, maintains accurate records, supports internal and external customers, manages originator relationships, resolves pending contract issues, and identifies process improvements.

Supports the sales team through CRM data management, reporting, client communication, scheduling, proposal and contract coordination, document management, and follow-up activities. Collaborates with Legal, Operations, and Marketing to streamline the sales lifecycle, maintains sales enablement resources, coordinates travel and expenses, and provides internal and external customer service.

Communicates funding statuses, manages originator relationships, maintains accurate records, supports applicants and dealers, answers operational questions, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong data entry, communication, organization, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills, with 1–3 years of auto originations or funding experience.
