Own a core Agora platform area from product strategy through execution and measurable outcomes. Define roadmaps, prioritize customer and business needs, conduct research, analyze usage data, write product specifications, and partner with engineering, design, business development, and compliance. Owns operational execution across fiat payments, FX, customer and corporate money movements, stablecoin minting and redemption, and custody operations. Manages banking, payment, and custody partners; supports audits and regulatory exams; develops SOPs and controls; handles exceptions; and drives scalable, automated workflows. The role also helps launch new products, leads process design and testing, and manages operational teams in a high-growth stablecoin environment.

Secure Agora’s applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, deployment pipelines, and blockchain-related systems. Responsibilities include threat modeling, architecture and code reviews, security tooling administration, detection engineering, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration-test coordination, security automation, and cross-functional remediation. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Compliance, Operations, and the SOC to improve controls, telemetry, response readiness, and security risk visibility.

Lead FP&A, forecasting, consolidated financial modeling, management reporting, scenario analysis, and strategic financial planning. Support budgeting, capital management, KPIs, and cross-functional forecasting for regulated entities; prepare executive-level analyses to inform product, partnership, and expansion decisions.

As the Founding Data Lead, you will establish the analytics function, manage high-volume data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will own features from prototype to launch, working on both frontend and backend systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, ensuring high uptime, and applying clean code principles.
