Lead institutional customer AML/KYC onboarding, including escalations, account decisions, customer RFIs, and risk-based due diligence. Ensure procedures comply with BMA, FinCEN, FATF, OFAC, and global requirements. Improve onboarding policies, timelines, data quality, automation, and customer experience while monitoring KPIs and reporting to senior leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and lead onboarding strategy in a regulated fintech environment.

Secure Agora’s applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, deployment pipelines, and blockchain-related systems. Responsibilities include threat modeling, architecture and code reviews, security tooling administration, detection engineering, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration-test coordination, security automation, and cross-functional remediation. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Compliance, Operations, and the SOC to improve controls, telemetry, response readiness, and security risk visibility.

Advise the General Counsel and executives on commercial contracts, digital-asset regulation, corporate governance, financing, compliance, risk, disputes, and varied legal matters. Build the legal function from the ground up by creating templates, playbooks, intake processes, and scalable workflows. Manage outside counsel as needed and provide practical, risk-adjusted guidance in a fast-growing stablecoin and fintech company.
