Own a core Agora platform area from product strategy through execution and measurable outcomes. Define roadmaps, prioritize customer and business needs, conduct research, analyze usage data, write product specifications, and partner with engineering, design, business development, and compliance. The role focuses on API-driven products, settlement flows, customer integrations, strategic accounts, product metrics, and intuitive financial workflows within a stablecoin and fintech environment.

Owns operational execution across fiat payments, FX, customer and corporate money movements, stablecoin minting and redemption, and custody operations. Manages banking, payment, and custody partners; supports audits and regulatory exams; develops SOPs and controls; handles exceptions; and drives scalable, automated workflows. The role also helps launch new products, leads process design and testing, and manages operational teams in a high-growth stablecoin environment.

Secure Agora’s applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, deployment pipelines, and blockchain-related systems. Responsibilities include threat modeling, architecture and code reviews, security tooling administration, detection engineering, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration-test coordination, security automation, and cross-functional remediation. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Compliance, Operations, and the SOC to improve controls, telemetry, response readiness, and security risk visibility.
