Lead Agoda’s legal function in South Korea as the primary local counsel. Advise on digital commerce, consumer protection, privacy, licensing, regulatory inquiries, commercial contracts, platform localization, disputes, corporate governance, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with Korean regulators, external counsel, senior management, and global teams while ensuring compliance with local laws and supporting commercially practical business decisions.

Leads Japanese-language customer service teams across voice, email, chat, and back-office channels. Sets performance goals, develops team leaders, drives customer experience and efficiency improvements, manages change, analyzes feedback and quality insights, runs experiments, and presents solutions to senior stakeholders. Requires strong English and Japanese communication, extensive operational leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Design, build, and operate high-scale distributed backend systems and microservices. Lead complex features end-to-end, optimize performance and reliability, mentor engineers, stay hands-on with coding, handle production incidents and drive architectural improvements.

Provides high-level administrative and business support to an SVP and GM, including complex calendar management, executive communications, meeting coordination, travel and expense processing, corporate materials tracking, and confidential information handling. The role also manages action items, presentations, vendors, budgets, and special projects while coordinating across time zones and Booking Holdings subsidiaries.

Analyzes fintech partner commercials, validates invoices against contracts and transaction data, performs monthly reconciliations, maintains financial controls and documentation, coordinates with BI teams and external partners, supports audit walkthroughs, and develops data-driven business cases for payment initiatives.

Handle high-volume customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve booking issues end-to-end (changes, cancellations, payments). Meet individual and team KPIs, apply Agoda policies, safeguard customer data, and collaborate with teams to resolve complex cases while working rotational shifts in a hybrid model.

Lead and support cross-functional service optimization projects for workforce management, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, automation, and contact-flow redesign. Use SQL and Python to analyze operational data, develop scalable frameworks, improve real-time efficiency, and identify AI applications. Partner with WFM and operations teams to deliver staffing strategies, system implementations, and automation initiatives in an ambiguous, data-driven environment.

Build backend services, APIs, webhooks, automation, and AI-powered developer tools. Integrate LLM capabilities into code-review workflows, write tests, troubleshoot development and CI/CD issues, and use GitLab integrations, observability, containers, and safe deployment practices. Collaborate with engineers and internal users to improve developer experience through automation, feedback, and iterative product enhancements.

Manages end-to-end data and analytics initiatives for Finance stakeholders. Consults with users to design scalable data solutions, builds data workflows, dashboards, and reports, and improves reporting accuracy and automation. Responsibilities include data analysis, financial data ecosystem development, stakeholder collaboration, and potential data governance work.

Acquire new hotel partners across Japan by researching prospects, conducting outreach, presenting Agoda’s value proposition, negotiating commercial terms, onboarding properties, and supporting partner performance. Track acquisition pipelines and results using CRM tools, provide market insights, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor industry and competitor trends. The role requires bilingual Japanese and English communication, sales or business development experience, analytical ability, autonomy, and adaptability.

Manage a portfolio of high-growth accommodation partners to grow Agoda's supply network. Use data and dashboards to identify opportunities, contact partners, drive program participation, train partners on tools, respond to requests, and contribute to strategic initiatives to maximize revenue.
