Manage end-to-end delivery of media intelligence services for Enterprise accounts. Develop project plans, schedules, workflows, budgets, and reporting; coordinate cross-functional teams; forecast capacity and resources; track milestones, risks, costs, and margins; facilitate status reviews; and improve delivery processes, scalability, quality, and efficiency. Build dashboards and communicate priorities, dependencies, risks, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.

The Account Executive will generate and close new B2B SaaS business in the mid-market segment. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, consultative selling, negotiation, contract execution, forecasting, and Salesforce pipeline management. The role owns the full sales cycle, builds strategic account plans, maintains pipeline coverage, engages senior decision-makers, and collaborates with Marketing, Enablement, and Product teams to achieve revenue targets.

Own product positioning, narrative, and end-to-end launches for Agility’s AI-native PR platform. Translate product updates into collateral, webinars, sales enablement assets, and compelling customer-facing stories. Manage G2 reviews and enterprise case studies, including sourcing, interviews, metrics, and approvals. Maintain persona-to-feature mapping and a cross-sell whitespace map to support expansion campaigns. Partner with Product, Communications, Content, Design, Web, Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, and Demand Generation while tracking launch, review, and content performance.

Develop AI-driven applications and agentic workflows using TypeScript, Nest.js, LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM integrations. Build Java-based REST APIs and backend systems using distributed and big-data technologies. Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver features, test and review code, refactor systems, and support continuous improvement.

Monitor and analyze media coverage across multiple channels using quantitative and qualitative methods. Prepare executive-ready reports with data visualizations, written insights, and validated findings. Manage recurring and ad hoc client reporting projects, coordinate report delivery, communicate with clients, review colleagues’ work, document processes, and support training and process improvement. The role requires strong communication, editorial judgment, organization, analytical ability, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Design, build, and scale production-grade agentic workflows and AI applications. Develop AI agents using TypeScript, LangChain, LangGraph, and LLMs; build Java REST services; integrate APIs and distributed data platforms; and establish practices for prompt evaluation, reliability, guardrails, observability, and performance. Collaborate on architecture and ambiguous product requirements, optimize AI workload costs and reliability, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical direction.

The Product Owner advocates for customers, translates market and customer needs into product requirements, and manages Agile backlogs, epics, features, and user stories. They prioritize initiatives, define specifications, evaluate engineering output, resolve product trade-offs, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Partnerships, and leadership. The role focuses on SaaS products, API integrations, AI-driven applications, and data-informed product decisions.
