The Hospital Operations Manager oversees daily operations of the Asset360 program, manages customer relations, inventory, and ensures compliance with contractual obligations while promoting revenue growth and employee development.

Provide clinical product expertise and training for internal teams and customers, develop training materials with product/marketing, support large implementations, act as divisional resource for clinical questions, and collaborate with leaders to identify and meet field training needs.

Manage billing and asset-control operations, supervise and develop staff, monitor budgets and financial performance, improve billing and inventory processes, and report results to management.
