Develop and manage customer accounts within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include proactive customer outreach, sales research and presentations, strategic account planning, quota achievement, forecasting, customer relationship management, KPI tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs. The role engages prospects through phone, email, and video conferencing while expanding product and service adoption.

Supervises biomedical equipment technicians, manages budgets and workloads, provides technical training, and oversees medical equipment repair, preventive maintenance, calibration, quality assurance, inventory, and records. Evaluates new equipment for electrical and functional compliance, supports medical device reporting and hazard identification, trains customers on safe operation, and participates in on-call coverage.

Creates recurring and ad hoc financial reports and analyses for hospital and health system customers. Supports billing, KPIs, rebates, administrative fees, GPO revenue, and contract compliance. Builds models to calculate payouts and track contract performance, enhances reporting insights, responds to customer inquiries, and identifies process improvements. Collaborates with finance, commercial, and corporate teams while managing multiple projects and customer-facing reviews.
