Perform inspections, preventive/corrective maintenance, minor repairs, calibration and documentation for hospital and customer-owned medical equipment. Maintain inventory, manage missing equipment, train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide timely, customer-focused service including flexible hours and emergency response.

Leads daily hospital operations in the Operations Manager’s absence, ensuring contracted metrics, equipment availability, inventory, staffing, and resource allocation. Supervises, trains, evaluates, and develops hospital support personnel; manages schedules and workplace collaboration; investigates nursing concerns; supports patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes; and facilitates contract, reporting, and operational procedures.

Manages and mentors regional service and territory teams, monitors performance, supports equipment logistics, educates clients on medical devices, and helps introduce services. Leads client onboarding, develops hospital relationships, reviews analyses and reports, supports contracting decisions, ensures quality and safety compliance, and coordinates response to equipment failures. Requires significant travel, healthcare operating-room or sterile-processing knowledge, leadership skills, and strong customer presentation abilities.
