Investigates nursing concerns, supports contract execution, supervises and develops employees, administers training, manages schedules, and promotes effective communication and retention. May assist with patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes.

Responsibilities include investigating nursing concerns, supervising and developing staff, managing schedules, delivering training, facilitating contract requirements, and supporting patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes. Strong communication, organization, computer, and leadership skills are required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least one year of medical or management experience.
